We can put our experience to work for you. David McDonald has estimated and project managed over 600 projects in twenty years for a total of about thirty million in interior finish-out. As a registered interior designer, he has also designed many of those 600 projects taking them from concept to finish product. He thoroughly understands all phases of the design and construction process because of his direct involvement with the design, bidding and construction supervision.
We have experience in all phases of interior finish-out including medical offices, general offices, retail, computer rooms, warehouse, as well as renovations and additions. We have completed numerous medical-condo and office-condo projects for doctors and professionals purchasing or leasing space. Most of those projects we have designed and built for our clients. As a small company, we can provide you the kind of personal attention that you need while using our experience to deliver the quality project you are looking for. Because we are small, we can provide you and your tenants with only one or two contact people for the duration of the project, speeding up response time and cutting down on repeat communication with the contractor. Using our extensive experience, we can also give you design and value engineering suggestions to help you achieve your design and budget goals. If you have an extremely tight schedule for smaller projects and need to streamline the process, we can also assist you with economical construction drawings and then bring you directly into construction for a quicker move-in.
